REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order for a full refund of the merchandise value. 

**Refunds are Not available for sleepwear or pantyhose/tights

**Only even exchanges will be made for sleepwear due to sizing issues. 

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To initiate a return or exchange, please click on the Return/Exchanges link under Quick Links located at the bottom of the page.

 To be eligible for return or exchange:

items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a return or exchange. 

Please allow up to 7 business days for your return or exchange to be processed once we receive your items. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment or through store credit.
